Wanderwish is a wanderer's tale.
I am a mum to two children: Wander Girl and Wander Boy and have been married to Mr Wander for almost 9 years. We live in a lovely town near London (but not in London) here in the UK. I have also lived in the Philippines (where I am from) and Tokyo, Japan.
I am a photographer.
I love traveling.
I am a hapless collector of handbags and shoes. I own too many of them. And I have no room for most of them in my cupboard.
I love dressing up. Before children, I paid more attention on what I wore. Having had them, all that attention went out the window and comfort won over style. Now that they are slightly older and have grown out of babyhood, I find myself having more time to look after myself. And thus, this blog came alive.
I love finding treasures in the most unlikely places, most usually the local charity/thrift shops in our area. As much as I would love to spend my hard-earned money on that one amazing handbag, I would really rather not. This is why finding a great bargain--either in the charity shops or on the sales--gives me such a buzz. I get a lot of satisfaction from getting something fantastic at a fraction of the price. What can I say, I am also a bit shallow.
I am a wanderer, and Wanderwish is my haven. This is a mummy blog, a fashion blog, a photo blog, a travel blog, a personal blog, a lifestyle blog, a whatever-I-wish-it-to-be blog.
Welcome to Wanderwish.
It's lovely to meet you.
